We believe that a God-centred mindset begins with a radical starting point, namely, God. God is the basic given reality in the universe. He was there before we or anything else was in existence. He is simply the most absolute reality.
And so, the God-centered mindset or life starts with the assumption that God is the center of everything. It is from this place that we live with the notion that God has basic rights to every individual’s life as the Creator of all things.
The Gospel is Jesus, and it is this aspect we believe should define who we are and how we live our lives. We are not a community that is firstly defined by a natural world view and lifestyle, but by a supernatural one.
This expression should be found in the gospel bringing people together because the gospel changes people. It is the gospel in us that draws us to Christ, engages us with people and determines our actions.
We value families, both natural families and the church as a spiritual family and consider these to be the building blocks of society as well as the place where values are imparted to the next generation.
We live to serve every member of every family in our sphere of influence with biblical truth that will establish strong spiritual foundations leading to transformed individuals, families and society.
Each person, whether young or old, married or unmarried; should be honoured by giving them a sense of belonging to the family created by the individuals in the church
Not only do we value people in the church, but we want to value peope "outside" of the church family. The church of Jesus Christ can only really be fruitful when we love those who do not share our love we have for Christ.
A mission-minded church is made up of people who are informed about what God is doing in our world and are eager to let their lives be used to make a difference in any given situation; whether local or beyond.
We believe in the joy of seeing people grow in their relationships with God an therefore live to help individuals move towards maturity in Christ.
Discipleship is not a program operated in the church but a simple lifestyle that encourages all people to follow Christ and help others to do the same.
We believe that every church is different and that each church is also made up of different people.
Yet in this, we believe that God gives us a united mission and important values through which we desire to express ourselves.
